A huge thank you for our superb meal. Dave is an outrageously talented chef and we cannot praise him and the kitchen team highly enough. Likewise the front of house team are simply wonderful. Wendy took great care of us and we feel so lucky to live close to this absolute gem of a restaurant. Thank you to the whole Sam and Jak’s team.
This individual restaurant is just by the crossroads in the centre of Cirencester. We popped in on a Tuesday lunchtime without booking and we were able to get a table upstairs. But if you are keen to go, I'd recommend booking. We'd passed this place many times before and read the menu in the window, and always thought it sounded interesting. Well we weren't disappointed! The menu is relatively small but with sufficient variations to appeal to most people. You could choose a variety of small plates or something more substantial. We started by sharing some queen olives and halloumi with sliced honey, both were brilliant. Our mains were smoked haddock risotto and mussels with beans and greens, again, superb. Wines were good and sensibly priced and service was excellent and very friendly. The vibe is somewhere between tapas bar and independent restaurant. Not cheap, but definitely worth it We thought it was lovely and will definitely return.
Had a great lunch. All the food was delicious and packed full of flavor. The restaurant was very busy but service was friendly and efficient. Not cheap but for the quality I certainly wouldn't complain and hope to return soon.
Fantastic fresh breakfast, lovely atmosphere and dog friendly. Could not ask for more, the bagels are incredible. Make sure you book as it’s always incredibly busy. We will definitely be back for an evening dinner soon.
Visited here for a quick breakfast to finish off our weekend in the Cotswolds. We were the first in but it soon started to fill up. We had a flat white, fresh orange juice and avacado and poached eggs. All were lovely and arrived quickly.
Lovely coffee shop right in the heart of Cirencester. I had their french toast with bacon and it was lovely. Very good quality coffee as well. Nice views of the cathedral opposite.
